Kamas - Photochromic Mountain Bike

Hi, I own a pair of Smith glasses that are photochromic and about the same size as these but they’re also like $350 that I got through a warranty program. The great news is these eastern outer glasses act and basically the same capacity for 1/3 the price super happy with these lightweight and photochromic. My only feedback on the negative side would be that the ends of the glasses that go on the face are very Pointed and spiky and while mountain biking more than once recently, I’ve taken them off while riding and try to put them back on and I’ve been “stabbed in the face” a few times by these extra pointy and pieces on the next round out, I would simply flatten them out so that they’re not so sharp going on the face

These are great, comfy, adjust well to the light, and so far durable. Heck of a deal for the price.

Been thought many a model of eastern outer sunglasses and they have all been great, especially the Kamas.

Really happy with my new glasses. I bought them for mountain biking for keeping bugs and gravel out of my eyes, especially in the evenings. The photochromic tint never gets too dark, so if I dip into the shadows they aren't leaving me blind.

This is my first pair of transitions. It’s cool how you don’t notice that they are getting darker, but at the same time you aren’t squinting. I like how there is a bit of space between my face and the glasses. I run hot and the extra ventilation is perfect. My only note is that the arms seem to be longer than other glasses. When using them with a helmet they extend to high. I ended up cutting the arms shorter and tapping them to add padding to the sharp bit. Over all very happy with the glasses and price point!
