Initially the wrong pair of sunglasses were sent, when I reached out to EO they told me to keep the pair accidently sent and then sent my correct pair no charge.
Really impressed with customer service.
I've owned nothing but Raybans for a solid decade but I've definitely found a solid contender for literally 1/4 of the cost.
I'll be recommending and buying from EO from now on as they are quality and affordable.
